Delivery area

We deliver to Germany, Austria, Switzerland and other European countries. You can see which countries are available when you enter your shipping address in the checkout.

Shipping costs and delivery times

All amounts include statutory VAT. Free shipping is based on the order value. The shipping costs for your order are shown in the cart and in the checkout before you place your order. There is no minimum order value.

Delivery time

Delivery times are stated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) and begin on the day after the contract is concluded. We ship with established parcel carriers. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, where available with a tracking link.

Partial deliveries

If not all ordered items are ready for dispatch at the same time, we may deliver your order in several parcels where this is reasonable for you. This does not incur any additional shipping costs for you. We will inform you of a partial delivery by email.

Deliveries outside the EU

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, such as Switzerland, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply. Where these are not already shown and collected in the checkout, the recipient must pay them to the competent authorities.

Prices, unit prices per kilogram and the note on included VAT are shown on the respective product pages.

Transport damage

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please report the damage to the delivery driver immediately if possible and contact us at info@organiqly.shop. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Further information can be found in our terms of service and our refund policy.
