Your right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. The full statutory information with all details can be found in our withdrawal information.

Exception: opened spice pouches

Our spices are food and are delivered in sealed pouches. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, there is no right of withdrawal for pouches whose seal has been opened after delivery (§ 312g(2) no. 3 German Civil Code, BGB). You can return unopened pouches with an intact seal within the withdrawal period.

How to return items

  • Inform us of your withdrawal within the withdrawal period by means of a clear statement, most easily by email to info@organiqly.shop. Please include your order number and the items you would like to return.
  • Send the unopened pouches no later than 14 days after your withdrawal statement to the following address:

  • You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking.

Refunds

Following a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day on which we received your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is earlier. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the order; you will not incur any fees as a result.

Damaged or incorrect delivery

If a delivery is damaged or incomplete, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@organiqly.shop and send us your order number and, if possible, a photo. We will send a replacement or refund the purchase price; in this case we bear the cost of any return shipment required. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
