Where do you ship and what does it cost?

We ship within Germany and also to Austria, Switzerland and the rest of Europe. Shipping within Germany is free from €50. For all other countries, you will find the exact costs and delivery times on our shipping information page.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery in Germany takes 2–4 business days. For delivery times to other countries, please see our shipping information page.

Can I return an order?

Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Unopened pouches can be returned. For hygiene reasons, sealed pouches that have been opened are excluded from return. All details and the model withdrawal form are on our right of withdrawal page.

Are your spices really organic?

Yes. Organiqly OÜ is certified under Regulation (EU) 2018/848, certificate number EE-ÖKO-03.233-0003201.2026.001. The control authority is the Agriculture and Food Board, Estonia (EE-ÖKO-03). Our products are packed under control body code DE-ÖKO-060.

Where do the spices come from?

The origin of each spice is shown on its product page under "Product information".

How should I store the spices?

Our 16 organic spices come in resealable 125 g, 250 g and 500 g pouches. Store them cool, dry and away from light. The best-before date is printed on the pouch.

Do your products contain allergens?

None of our products contain ingredients that require allergen labelling. The ingredients are listed on each product page.
